We offer flat-rate shipping of $7.99 for all orders within the United States.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All RavnCo products are made to order. Orders are typically produced within 2-7 business days, then shipped via standard shipping (3-7 business days). Total delivery time is 5-14 business days from order date.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding international shipping in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because all products are made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. However, we stand behind our quality—if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage during shipping, we'll replace it at no cost within 7 days of delivery.
What if my hoodie is defective or damaged?
Contact us at minorpamela7@ravnco.store within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. We'll respond within 2-3 business days and send a free replacement if eligible.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer size exchanges on made-to-order items. Please refer to our size chart before ordering to ensure the best fit.

Why are your products made to order?
We produce each hoodie only after you order it to eliminate waste and reduce our environmental impact. This approach means no overstock, no excess inventory, and a smaller carbon footprint. It takes a few extra days, but it's better for the planet.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
Product colors may vary slightly from images due to screen settings and the garment-dyeing process. We strive for accuracy, but slight variations are natural and part of the unique character of garment-dyed apparel.
How do I care for my RavnCo hoodie?
Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and high heat to preserve the color and fabric quality.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
